Workers Dispute
The office provides legal consultation to its customers (embassies, companies and institutions) in all areas of labor disputes, and advise you in accordance with local labor law and regulations. The Office also represented clients before the Department of Affairs and the courts in labor disputes.
The Office has the necessary expertise to assist clients in the preparation of regulations and internal policies related to employment on compliance with local laws, and drafting employment contracts for all levels of staff, and the provision of legal advice in connection with disputes workers.
